The hotel was perfect and fairly clean everywhere. The venue provided a very very good breakfast with the coffee served, too many malay food. Booked a room with good breakfast. Nice and fast staff who were always there to help. The location was great and absolutely perfect by the taxis camping outside the entrances and met the demands.

The hotel's location is favorable, being close to shopping malls and popular food outlets like JCO Donuts and A&W, as well as local dining options.

the location is great, as it is situated right in the heart of the city. there is a convenient shortcut from the hotel to the shopping center. the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the city from our window.

I loved how close this hotel was to the shopping mall. It was just a short walk away and made it so convenient for me to shop and explore the city. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even better. The room was also very clean and comfortable, with powerful air con and a hair dryer that worked really well. The toothpaste provided was too small and we had to wait in a long queue during the second day of breakfast, with sugar running out and tables not being cleared promptly.
